On your Metamask extension, change your network to Rinkeby Network.

Vote in Proposal #6 and #7
On top, click the VOTE button.
Under Active Proposals, look for Proposal #6 and Proposal #7. Click either.
On the right side, select your Vote choice.
Then, click the Vote button.
